COVID-19 protection system and fever firewall for film and TV production

FeverCheckerPro™ is completely contactless and works unattended, automatically taking a person’s temperature in less than a second. It is an ideal part of a company’s PPE and can store the check for traceability whilst simultaneously being able to email it to HR or Health and Safety, for example. There are email, audio and visual alerts if a person has an excessive, fever level temperature and the same can be done as a polite reminder if the person is not wearing a mask. In situations where a production needs to restrict access based upon temperature, mask or personal authorisation, FeverCheckerPro™ can be used to open an electronic door, gate or turnstile, for example.

FeverCheckerPro™ has a host of features for tv and film production such as a silent mode for onset, there’s an optional outdoor hood with integrated rain cover, battery and an extra wide base for improved stability in rough terrain. Alternatively, it is also available in a monitor style flight case with removable front and rear covers and a screw mounting point for tripods making it very simple to deploy.
For productions it recommended that staff, crew and talent check their temperatures upon arrival, during breaks and at the end of the day so that the technology will automatically detect and alert of a high temperature and the need for isolation, helping to prevent contagion to others on the production.
